I authorize and request the above-identified insurance company to pay BLACKSHEEP PDR directly on my behalf for all checks or drafts and to endorse my name on all such checks and dfrafts for deposit into BLACKSHEEP PDR accounts to be credited as payment on my behalf for repairs to the Vehicle. This appointment expires upon full payment for the repairs to the Vehicle
